It’s no secret that the hospitality industry has been one of the hardest hit throughout this pandemic, and with winter approaching they’re bracing for another challenge. At the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, Michael Lennox founded #ATLFamilyMeal, a non-profit with the goal of feeding, as well as providing jobs and resources for the hospitality community.
Restaurants, chefs, food service businesses, community leaders and more have come together to support those experiencing food insecurity and joblessness due to the pandemic. Today, we sit down with Michael to hear how he got his start in the restaurant business and what we all can do to support this incredible industry and “Feed the Fam” through the winter!
