Our guest today is Jashaun Lowery. Jay and his wife Lauren are the team behind Grub Truck Stop, where they are cooking up creative and delicious dishes. What started as a venture into the food truck business has grown into a brick and mortar space located in Chattahoochee Food Works, Atlanta’s newest food hall on the Westside.
Grub Truck Stop is serving up fresh and unique seafood dishes that are, in their words, “so comforting you’ll wanna take a nap after.” We talk with Jay about starting the business, taking a leap of faith from food truck to physical space and more.
