The Varsity has been asking Patrons “What’ll Ya Have!” For over 90 years. It has persevered and grown with this city like very few restaurants have, and boasts the distinction of world’s largest drive-in restaurant.
We sat down with Ashley Weiser, the company’s marketing director, and great-granddaughter of founder Frank Gordy. We got a crash course in the The Varsity’s history, and talked about what’s next for one of our city’s most iconic brands.
